Qimingxing Ceramic Wear Pads are a premium grade, composite liner of wear resistant, ceramic tiles, vulcanised to an impact resistant rubber backing. This tile has excellent resistance to high-speed wet slurry and fine particle sliding abrasion.

Qimingxing Ceramic Wear pads are supplied with a specially formulated Neoprene based CN Bonding Layer to achieve ultimate adhesion when bonded to steel or other rubber surfaces. For Extremely abrasive material, Qimingxing offers Ceramic Wear Pads bonded with steel plate of thickness 3mm to 10mm

Qimingxing Ceramic Wear Pads are supplied with the tiles flush and without gaps to eliminate the possibility of materials wearing between them. The rubber backing gives the pad moderate impact resistance and flexibility for installation on flat surfaces, making them suitable for wear protection ceramic lining applications which require a full 100% ceramic surface.

 

Ceramic rubber mats offer good protection to wear areas, which is manufactured by rubber or polyurethane,alumina ceramic tiles and steel backing plate through hot vulcanizing process.
