Cyclone wear resistant ceramic plate is a special corundum ceramic made by roasting at high temperature with AL203 as the main raw material and rare metal oxide as the flux. Due to the high flow speed of the cyclone, the wear is very serious. The alumina wear resistant ceramic liner developed by our company is used for the cyclone, which can improve the life of the cyclone. Because of the cyclone cylinder is a cylinder, the lower is the vertebral body, so wear resistant ceramic lining processed into arc, sector, size head shapes, and the diameter of the cyclone is also different, But we can more than hundreds kinds ceramic lining for customer use after many years of hard work and accumulation.
Monolithic and sets
Pre-engineered inserts and sets
Ceramic tiles and related products are made to very specific specifications and maintain a high grade of no less than 92% alumina content which is wear resistant ceramic tiles. It counters moisture and creep sulphide attack. Tiles are embedded into an epoxy adhesive applicable to the application.
This lining increases the life span of steel and related products which are subject to severe erosion. Tiles are available in various dimensions and thickness, as required by each application. Pre-engineered ceramic tiles are also available for piping of various diameters and specialized pre-engineered sets for cyclones and similar applications.
