Product Description
The cyclone has the advantages of small equipment size, small footprint, low power consumption all year round, high classification efficiency, large production capacity, no running parts, and small maintenance workload. The heavy medium cyclone can sort any optional coal, with flexible operation and convenient use, simplifying the process system, good technical indicators and high economic benefits. It is widely used in grading operations in the grinding process of non-ferrous and ferrous metal ores, and can also be used for gold selection, concentration, tailings dam, kaolin sorting, coal preparation, pulp and slag removal and other operations.
The metal shell of the cyclone is made of carbon steel or stainless steel, and the inner lining is made of wear-resistant alumina ceramic or silicon carbide ceramic, and the size can be customized according to customer requirements
Structural features of lined ceramic cyclone:
1. The porcelain shape is designed according to the shape of the cyclone cylinder, cone tube, outlet tube, etc., and the structure is reasonable and no gaps;
2. Ceramics are made of 20-25mm thick, 100 tons of dry pressing, high density and excellent wear resistance;
3. The wear-resistant ceramic sheet is fixed by high-strength modified viscose and staggered bonding technology, without linear gaps, and the bonding is firm and does not fall off, suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high impact or dynamic operation;
4. The inner wall is smooth, the material is smooth, and the height difference between the ceramics is within 0.5mm, which can maintain the maximum tangential velocity of the slurry in the cyclone, reduce the energy loss, and obtain a very good classification and concentration effect.
