Grinding Media Our high-performance grinding media is essential for both wet and dry milling operations. Typically designed as beads with uniform size, shape, and density, these media are expertly agitated in high concentration with a slurry or mill base for optimal grinding. Within a small media mill, a central shaft dynamically agitates both the media and the slurry, allowing energy transfer from the shaft to layers of beads, subsequently creating an environment of high shear and impact forces on the mill base, ensuring superior grinding efficiency.
