Product Description

The ceramic wear rubber plates are custom made and are great for protecting your investments. The ceramic aluminum oxide combined with rubber, extends the life of your production lines, reducing maintenance costs. In addition, they can ultimately reduce production downtime through a direct impact on noise reduction.

Firstar developed unique products which have excellent properties such as: anti-wear as well as higher energy absorption characteristics.

Advantages
1. Using rubber vulcanization technology, the ceramic is embedded in the rubber to form a strong and buffering anti-wear layer.
2. The steel plate with bolt can be vulcanized together with the ceramic &rubber plate, which will be easy for installation.
3.Impact resistance. The board has good cushion performance which can effectively alleviate the impact of ore falling from the high altitude.
4. Not easy to fall off. The composite board is vulcanized as a whole, and each plate has bolts passing through the bottom steel plate, so the welding is very firm.
5. Easy for maintenance. The composite board is more than 60% lighter than the wear-resistant steel plate, so the installation is very convenient

Application
Wear-resistant ceramic rubber composite panels are mainly used in coal conveying and ash discharge systems in thermal power plants, as well as in material conveying and batching systems in metallurgical iron and steel industries.The composite liner is widely used in high wear parts of mine and mineral processing equipment, such as pipes, tanks, deflectors, scrubbers, overflow inclined walls and loading tanks, hopper, etc.

These rubber/ceramic liners offer superior wear resistance in highly abrasice aggregate and mining applications. Delivering six to 16 times the wear life of AR 400 plate, plane rubber or urethane liners, increasing chute life and minimizing downtime from liner replacement. The liners feature high alumina ceramic cylinders within the liner for abrasion resistance, while a resilient rubber backing absorbs impact and prevents the ceramics from shattering. Available in either a staggered or aligned ceramic design, depending on material size and angle of impact. Customization available.
