The weldable ceramic liner is an ideal material for the surface wear resistance of conveying equipment of materials (such as ash, coal powder, refined ore powder, tailings, cement, etc.) in electric power, metallurgy, coal and other industries.
1. Welding type
Welding wear-resistant ceramics are fixed by welding or gluing. After the wear-resistant ceramic is installed on the surface of the equipment, the application range of the wear-resistant ceramic is greatly expanded. It is suitable for the abrasion resistance of the pneumatic conveying systems under severe working conditions such as high temperature and impact. The high-temperature resistance can reach 800 ºC.
2.Product features:
> High hardness
> Superior abrasion and impact resistance
> Corrosion and chemical resistance
> Light weight
> Easy installation by epoxy resin or bolt
> Improve your working environment-noise, vibration and safety
3. Ceramic wear lining tiles for a variety of applications:
Processing equipment:
Pharmaceutical clean rooms/Food processing plants/Grain handling/Mineral processing/Cement manufacturing/Chemical processing/Large Cyclones/Coal-fired power plants/Steel Mills/Asphalt Plants/Petrochemical plants/Pulp and paper mills
Wear Protection ceramic Linings are used throughout Mineral Processing to protect the steel surfaces of equipment from wear and corrosion. They are used on a range of equipment including pipes, tanks, chutes, pumps, flotation cells, thickeners, launders and feed spouts or chutes.
