Wear Protection ceramic Linings are used throughout Mineral Processing to protect the steel surfaces of equipment from wear and corrosion. They are used on a range of equipment including pipes, tanks, chutes, pumps, flotation cells, thickeners, launders and feed spouts or chutes.
Zibo Qimingxing produce and supply wide range of High Alumina Ceramic Liner having size from 3mm thick to 50 mm thick. We also supply liner in standard sizes and pre-engineered wear resistant tiles as per requirement in pastable and weldable quality. We also supply liner in Hex and square pattern mounted on rubber or Polyester mat to form flexible mats for installing on any shape, contour radius surface to make the surface wear and corrosion resistant.

Alumina ceramic can have very high dielectric strength, high resistivity and low dielectric loss thus it is also use in insulators and electronic components. High Alumina Ceramics is the most mature of the engineering ceramics, offering excellent electrical insulation properties together with high hardness and good wear resistance. It has a high melting point, high hardness and high mechanical strength. Our high density alumina ceramic linings and tiles prevent destructive wear in conveying, processing, and storage equipment.
