Product Description

The rubber backed ceramic panel also can be called ceramic composite panel, steel/rubber backed ceramic panel, three-in-one ceramic panel, two-in-one ceramic panel, ceramic wear panel, ceramic bonded rubber panel/mats and so on.


Alumina ceramics are the second hardest material after diamonds, and are ideal to line many components where rigorous wear is experienced or anticipated. Our ceramic wear liners can be supplied as tiles, in various thicknesses and grades, or as a series of inlaid balls, cylinders or hexagon shapes bonded to and contained within a rubber matrix. The ceramic bonded panel is the one which we describe now. The rubber backed ceramic plates can also be custom made to suit required designs.

Detailed Application:

Ceramic rubber wear liner is suitable for the wear resistant equipment of bulk material conveying system. Such as the coal hopper, coal chute, material mixer, feeders, bins, bunkers so on.

The major applicable industries are mining,coal fired power plants, cement plants, blast furnace plants and host of other industries which requires high impact abrasion resistant surfaces.

Advantages:

The rubber backed ceramic liners are excellent in high impact /abrasion applications to absorb impact while also offering excellent sliding abrasion resistance.


The rubber backing also assists in reducing noise levels within the plant and is engineered to resist the size and type of impact in each individual application.

Easy Installation:

Rubber Backed Ceramic Mats are easily installed by means of bonding directly to steelwork. The steelwork must be clean and free of any loose material, rust or grease.

The steel is then primed with a metal primer. When the metal primer is dry, buff the back of the rubber backed ceramic panel so it can then be bonded to the steel using a bonding agent.

Besides bonding directly to steelwork, the steel backed ceramic panel can be welded on stubs.
Therefore they can be installed on the steel with bolts and nuts.
