The necessary forming of shapes is done in its green or pre sintered phase. The products are then sintered in a kiln at extremely high temperature.
QMX manufactures ceramic tiles in the form of weldable and pastable tile as well as pipe sections of various diameters for installation at site and more specifically for lining of fabricated pipes, bends and fittings for pheumatic conveying applications specially for conveying of pulverised coal in thermal power plants.
This sinteredproducts consist of dense alumina with hardness of approximately 9 Mohs and can withstand temperature up to 1000C

Wear Resistant Ceramic Liners
our ceramic range has three different alumina composition (92%, 95% and ZTA) products to suit the various mining applications.The products have high density, high hardness, low wear loss, anti corrosion, long using life properties.
Composite Ceramic Liners
ceramic wear liners range include composite ceramic liners or Steel backed and studded as per requirements. We also have a range of molded ceramic in rubber with CN backing. The liners can be customized depending on the application.
Lining rubber is designed primarily to be applied as a lining to protect your equipment from the damaging effects of abrasion and impact forces or chemical attack.
