How to use the ceramic wear liner of ball mill?

The ceramic liner of the ball mill is generally bonded with white cement or wear-resistant ceramic structural glue.
1. Preparation of the ball mill: Any bricks or cement residues, welding slag, rust, and oil stains on the inner surface of the ball mill should be removed. The smooth surface should be roughened to improve the bonding effect.
2. The installation of the lining bricks starts from the end face of the ball mill. All the end faces are installed with straight bricks and straight half bricks. All lining brick working faces should face the ball mill. The snap buttons of the installation parts should be fastened, and the bricks on the upper layer should overlap and be pressed tightly. On the joints of the two bricks below, the two rows of bricks should be installed staggered. After installing several lining bricks, you must use a rubber hammer or wooden hammer to gently tap the adhesive to spread the adhesive evenly between the brick and the brick and the brick and the wall to ensure the bonding quality and strictly control the brick and the brick. The gap should be less than 1.5mm.
3. After installing the two ends, start to install the cylinder, calculate the number of rows of straight bricks and oblique bricks according to the amount of lining bricks of the cylinder, and install them alternately according to the number of straight and oblique rows calculated in the second step to ensure the bottom of the lining bricks Close to the inner wall of the cylinder, the inner diameter of the lining bricks should be smoothly connected after being built. Each row along the length direction should use straight or oblique bricks of the same specification. Use half bricks to adjust the brick joints at the end to maintain each phase. The bricks of the two adjacent rows are staggered. If the straight bricks cannot enter the last row, install thin bricks and seal the gaps with cement.
