Steel tube lined with alumina ceramic tiles
By glue or welding, steel tube is lined with alumina ceramic tiles. It is mainly used in electric power, metallurgy, coal, cement and other industries, such as large-diameter reducing flue, dust removal pipeline, coal hopper, cement hopper, chutes and other systems.

QMX manufactures ceramic tiles in the form of weldable and pastable tiles as well as pipe sections of various diameters for installation at site and more specifically for lining of fabricated pipes, bends and fittings for pneumatic conveying applications specially for conveying of pulverised coal in thermal powe plants.
Alumina powder after ball milling and spray drying are pressed and sintered at high temperature. This sintered product consists of dense alumina with hardness of approximately 9 Mohs and can withstand temperature up to 1000C

Most of the rubber backed ceramic panel is customized as customers' application condition. Generally it takes 7~30 days according to the quantity.
