Product Description

Qimingxing Ceramic Wear Plates are made from wear resistant 92% alumina ceramic tiles embedded within a rubber matrix.  They display excellent resistance to both high velocity and high flow sliding abrasion and impact.

The Rubber Ceramic  Wear Plates feature interlocking hexagonal shaped ceramic tiles completely vulcanized within a 40 Duro premium synthetic rubber compound.  This hexagonal shape combined with the rubber between the tiles gives maximum impact resistance.

Three in one Ceramic Wear Plates are reinforced with a vulcanized steel backing plate for stability in the most demanding applications.  This vulcanized steel backing allows for extremely strong mechanical fastening to equipment.

Qimingxing Ceramic Wear Plates can be supplied as a custom engineered wear protection lining system for your equipment. They are suitable for extremely high wear applications.

The Rubber Ceramic Wear Plates have been designed primarily for use as a wear protection ceramic lining system.
