Alumina ceramic Liner
Wear-resistant alumina liner is a new ceramic chemical material with low wear, high specific gravity and high hardness. It is mainly made of alumina (AL2O3) and is sintered at high temperature. It is widely used in thermal power, steel, chemical industry, cement It is used in coal conveying, material conveying, pulverizing, ash discharge, dust removal system and other mechanical equipment with high wear and tear, and products with different purities (defined by the content of alumina) can be selected according to different needs.
Used in heavy industry for years as a cost-effective, wear-resistant solution, these lightweight materials offer high durability, strength, and excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance. Alumina wear resistant compositions include:

Alumina Ceramic tiles have excellent abrasion and wear resistant qualities and are ideal for use in transfer chutes, piping systems, hoppers, etc with extreme operating conditions involving high drop heights, extreme velocities and severe abrasion. Typical markets include grain, coal-fired power generation, mining, cement, and more. Ceramic tiles are adhered to a substrate with cement, mortar, epoxy, or RTV silicone.
