Product Description

Zibo Qimingxing produces and export  a full range of high-density, fine-grain, wear-resistant alumina ceramic tile. Our  alumina ceramic is next to diamond in hardness, is 12 times more wear-resistant than carbon steel, and exhibits excellent corrosion-resistance.


Wear-resistant tiles prevent erosion and abrasive wear in conveying and bulk material handling systems, as well as in piping systems.

Order quantities may range from one box of ten tiles up to container loads.


Ceramic / rubber mats provide excellent erosion, impact, and sliding abrasion resistance in severely-aggressive conveying applications.  The damping effect of the rubber backing prevents damage to the ceramic wear components, adds to mat longevity, and greatly lowers noise.

Product description:
Also named wear ceramic parts, wear rubber ceramic plate, wear-resistant ceramic pads.
Ceramic rubber composite pads&plate is the use of rubber vulcanization process, to embed the wear-resistant ceramic vulcanized into rubber, stick it on the inner all of the equipment with the adhesive paste. As customers' requirements, it also can be vulcanized together with a steel plate, with bolts or not.

Features:
It combines wear-resistance of ceramic and impact-resistance of rubber, applies to convey systems equipment work under normal temperature, and can bear some impact.

Applications:
Raw material feeding system: belt head hopper, trolley tee bucket and feed hopper.
Batching system: mixing silo, primary mixing cylinder, secondary mixing cylinder, mixing disc, pelletizing disc.
Sintering material conveying system: beneficiation hopper under the vibrating screen, long-distance beneficiation hopper, silo.
Dust removal and ash discharge system: dust removal pipe, elbow, tee, dust falling pipe, and tail dust removal pipe.
Coking system: coke hopper.
Iron-spraying coal injection system, medium speed mill: cone bucket, separation baffle, outlet pipe, pulverized coal pipe, and burner cone.
Steel ball mill: outlet pipe, coarse powder separator, fine powder separator, coal powder pipe, elbow, inner shell of powder discharge machine.
Steel rolling workshop: slag flushing pipeline.
