Qimingxing's wear resistant industrial ceramic lining tiles can be cut into any shape, are easy to install and maintain, and are suitable for both wet and dry processing applications. Our industrial ceramic lining product benefits include:
Ceramic wear resistant tiles have uses for a number of applications requiring industrial ceramic linings. In the field of power generation, ceramic tiles are effectively used to protect pulverised fuel pipes, fans, coal handling chutes and hoppers. Ceramic tiles are an essential product used by the mining industry for industrial ceramic lining in vibrating feeders, transfer chutes, cyclones, pipes, high-speed fans and other traditional problem areas.
Our engineers, utilising industry resources, continually explore new applications for industrial ceramic linings. Detailed and complex designs translate into custom-made shapes at our factory, meaning we can readily manufacture industrial ceramic lining to clients' specific requirements.

Ceramic sheets come in 500mm x 500mm pieces , 300x300mm, 150x300, 450x300mm pieces, and different thicknesses of ceramic depending on the application.
The sheet can be 3mm thick ceramic with a tile dimension of 10mm x 10mm, this is autoclaved onto 3mm thick rubber.
can be 4mm thick ceramic with a tile dimension of 20mm x 20mm, this is autoclaved onto 5mm thick rubber.
The sheets are very flexible and can be autoclaved or cold bonded onto flat or curved surfaces without any problems.
