Wear-resistant ceramic pipe lining is gradually recognized by customers, and is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, cement, chemical, coal, steel and other industries. Because it combines the high hardness, high wear resistance and corrosion resistance of ceramics with the machinability, weldability and high strength of steel, it has the advantages of high wear resistance, light weight, convenient processing and flexible on-site installation.
Wear-resistant ceramic pipe lining is alumina, zirconia as the main raw material, with rare metal oxide as the solvent, after more than 1000 degrees of high temperature calcination of special corundum wear-resistant ceramics, and then through the arch, stud welding, high temperature inorganic bonding and other ways of combination fixed on the inner wall of the steel pipe, It has the advantages of high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, low engineering cost, long life, light weight, convenient transportation and installation.
The pipe is composed of three layers of steel, viscose and ceramic, which are heated and solidified to form a firm anti-wear layer. It is worth noting that some pipes are longer and will be made in sections to facilitate transportation and site installation. Each section will be connected with fixed flanges and numbered in sequence to facilitate site installation.
