Rubber-backed ZTA (Zircon Toughened Alumina) tiles from QMX Wear Solutions feature a steel backing plate with studs. These are ideal for high-impact applications, as the rubber absorbs the energy, thus preventing the tiles from breaking out. The panels are easy to change out due to the studs welded to the backing plate.
The main advantage of Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA) from QMX Wear Solutions is the additional strength and toughness over Alumina, combined with a lower cost. The combination of aluminium oxide and zirconium oxide provides for much greater strength, toughness, hardness, and wear resistance than Alumina alone. The 20% to 30% increase in strength often provides the design criteria needed at a much lower cost than purely using zirconia.
The rubber ceramic liner is made of excellent hot vulcanized rubber processing technology. The square or hemispherical wear-resistant ceramic liner and the vulcanized rubber are combined to produce a porcelain-vulcanized rubber composite wear-resistant ceramic vulcanized rubber sandwich panel.
The rubber ceramic liner combines the high toughness of porcelain with the high buffering and fatigue-relieving characteristics of vulcanized rubber, which can effectively solve the problem of anti-corrosion of machinery and equipment during the whole process of mass and boring transportation. Ceramic rubber composite pads&plate is the use of rubber vulcanization process, to embed the wear-resistant ceramic vulcanized into rubber, stick it on the inner all of the equipment with the adhesive paste.
