The rubber ceramic liner is made of excellent hot vulcanized rubber processing technology. The square or hemi-spherical wear-resistant ceramic liner and the vulcanized rubber are combined to produce a porcelain-vulcanized rubber composite wear-resistant ceramic vulcanized rubber sandwich panel.
 The rubber ceramic liner combines the high toughness of porcelain with the high buffering and fatigue-relieving characteristics of vulcanized rubber, which can effectively solve the problem of anti-corrosion of machinery and equipment during the whole process of mass and boring transportation. It combines the high toughness of porcelain with the advantages of high buffering and fatigue relief of vulcanized rubber, which can effectively solve the problem of anti-corrosion of machinery and equipment during the whole process of mass and uninteresting transportation.

Ceramic rubber composite pads&plate is the use of rubber vulcanization process, to embed the wear-resistant ceramic vulcanized into rubber, stick it on the inner all of the equipment with the adhesive paste. As customers' requirements, it also can be vulcanized together with steel plate, with bolts or not.

Qimingxing Ceramic Wear Plates are made from wear resistant 92% alumina ceramic tiles embedded within a rubber matrix.  They display excellent resistance to both high velocity and high flow sliding abrasion and impact.

Qimingxing Wear Plates feature interlocking hexagonal shaped ceramic tiles completely vulcanized within a 40 Duro premium synthetic rubber compound.  This hexagonal shape combined with the rubber between the tiles gives maximum impact resistance.

Qimingxing Ceramic Wear Plates are reinforced with a vulcanized steel backing plate for stability in the most demanding applications.  This vulcanized steel backing allows for extremely strong mechanical fastening to equipment.

Qimingxing Ceramic Wear Plates can be supplied as a custom engineered wear protection lining system for your equipment. They are suitable for extremely high wear applications.

QImingxing Ceramic Wear Plates have been designed primarily for use as a wear protection ceramic lining system.
