The rubber ceramic liner is made of excellent hot vulcanized rubber processing technology. The square or hemispherical wear-resistant ceramic liner and the vulcanized rubber are combined to produce a porcelain-vulcanized rubber composite wear-resistant ceramic vulcanized rubber sandwich panel.
The rubber ceramic liner combines the high toughness of porcelain with the high buffering and fatigue-relieving characteristics of vulcanized rubber, which can effectively solve the problem of anti-corrosion of machinery and equipment during the whole process of mass and boring transportation. It combines the high toughness of porcelain with the advantages of high buffering and fatigue relief of vulcanized rubber, which can effectively solve the problem of anti-corrosion of machinery and equipment during the whole process of mass and uninteresting transportation. Also named wear ceramic parts, wear rubber ceramic plate, wear-resistant ceramic pads. Ceramic rubber composite pads&plate is the use of rubber vulcanization process, to embed the wear-resistant ceramic vulcanized into rubber, stick it on the inner all of the equipment with the adhesive paste. As customers' requirements, it also can be vulcanized together with steel plate, with bolts or not. |
