Wear Protection ceramic Linings are used throughout Mineral Processing to protect the steel surfaces of equipment from wear and corrosion. They are used on a range of equipment including pipes, tanks, chutes, pumps, flotation cells, thickeners, launders and feed spouts or chutes.
Ceramic wear liners range include composite ceramic liners or Steel backed and studded as per requirements. We also have a range of molded ceramic in rubber with CN backing. The liners can be customized depending on the application.
Lining rubber is designed primarily to be applied as a lining to protect your equipment from the damaging effects of abrasion and impact forces or chemical attack.
ZTA liners performed exceptionally well compared with previous chrome overlays installed which is not suitable for this application. The news installed ceramic liners lasted for 13 months
