Our wear bars (also known as lifter bars) are used for grinding mills as stock items. These bars comprise of aluminium T bolt profile and wear resistant rubber. The aluminium profile vulcanized into the bar allows fast and easy installation due to the T-bolt fastening system.
Wear bars are excellent wear lining to; washing drums, rock boxes, feed cone-crushers and other applications subject to wear and noise.
The standard length available is 1520mm, in thicknesses ranging from 75mm to 150mm.
The rubber ceramic liner is made of excellent hot vulcanized rubber processing technology. The square or hemispherical wear-resistant ceramic liner and the vulcanized rubber are combined to produce a porcelain-vulcanized rubber composite wear-resistant ceramic vulcanized rubber sandwich panel.
The rubber ceramic liner combines the high toughness of porcelain with the high buffering and fatigue-relieving characteristics of vulcanized rubber, which can effectively solve the problem of anti-corrosion of machinery and equipment during the whole process of mass and boring transportation. Ceramic rubber composite pads&plate is the use of rubber vulcanization process, to embed the wear-resistant ceramic vulcanized into rubber, stick it on the inner all of the equipment with the adhesive paste. As customers' requirements, it also can be vulcanized together with steel plate, with bolts or not.
