QMX wear plates minimize surface friction to
prevent material from sticking. Excellent solution for bins, chutes, silos and other low wear applications. Suitable for applications that require extremely low friction.
QMX wear plate brings together three different types of material ( STEEL,RU/PU, a combination ceramics) to maximize flexibility and wear protection. Provides excellent wear protection for feeders, bins, chutes, silos and other applications that are subject to wear and noise.

Inner rubber is complied by composite of ceramic balls (diameter ø3 to ø10) or Hex ceramic tiles and binder rubber with strong adhesion.
