QMX is manufacturer, supplier, exporter of ceramic lined components, ceramic lined products, ceramic lined bends,ceramic lined pipes, etc. Ceramics is produced from high purity fine grain aluminum oxide. The necessary forming of shapes is done in its green or pre sintered phase. The products are then sintered in a kiln at extremely high temperature.

QMX manufactures ceramic tiles in the form of weldable and pastable tile as well as pipe sections of various diameters for installation at site and more specifically for lining of fabricated pipes, bends and fittings for pheumatic conveying applications specially for conveying of pulverised coal in thermal power plants.
This sinteredproducts consist of dense alumina with hardness of approximately 9 Mohs and can withstand temperature up to 1000C

Application of ceramic wear-resistant pipe:
Because the pipe has wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant properties, it can be widely used in electric power, metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical industry and other industries. Application of ceramic wear-resistant pipe in metallurgy and power industry:
The metallurgical and power industries need to consume a large number of metal pipelines every year to transport pulverized coal, ash slag, slurry, lime gypsum slurry, etc. Using ceramic composite pipe to replace other pipes has the characteristics of high wear resistance, long service life, convenient installation and remarkable economic benefits.

Mining application of ceramic wear-resistant pipe:
the pipeline is seriously worn by mine filling, concentrate powder and tailings transportation. The service life of the previously used mineral powder transportation pipeline such as Panzhihua and Daye Mine is less than one year. Changing this pipe can increase the service life by about 5 times.

Coal application of ceramic wear-resistant pipe: wet transportation is widely used in coal preparation and long-distance pipeline coal transportation. The transportation pipe is required to be wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The pipe can be used as a long-life transportation pipe with considerable economic benefits.
