Product Description

ceramic-lined flexible hoses are ideal for use in highly aggressive services where conventional rubber hose, expansion joints, or bellows connections require frequent replacement. QMX hoses may also be used to isolate mechanical vibration or to connect non-stationary equipment.

Ceramic lining is 12 times more wear-resistant than stainless steel pipe and 10-20 times longer life than traditional rubber hose.
Impact resistant -virtually impossible to destroy the ceramic segments.
Flexible: minimum bend radius is roughly 12 times the hose I.D.

Wear-resistant ceramic composite lining is a composite of wear-resistant ceramics and rubber. Small square wear-resistant ceramics are vulcanized (inlaid) in special rubber at high temperature to form a wear-resistant ceramic rubber lining, which is installed in the equipment to prevent wear. In the middle, high-strength organic adhesive is used to bond the lining plate to the inner shell steel plate of the equipment to form a strong and buffering anti-wear layer.
The square or hemispherical wear-resistant ceramic tiles is combined with rubber and steel plate to form a ceramic-rubber-steel composite wear-resistant plate.
