Ceramic Rubber Liner, also called ceramic rubber wear plate, is embedding 92% al2o3 alumina ceramic tile into energy absorbing rubber or polyurethane matrix, and bond both to steel backing plate via hot vulcanizing for easy installation.
Ceramic Rubber compound lining plate is compounded by high alumina ceramics and excellent natural rubber through special process. The excellent damping performance of natural rubber greatly lowers the noise generated in the transportation, which fully settled a series of issues such as impact, abrasion and noise
Wear-resistant ceramic composite lining is a composite of wear-resistant ceramics and rubber. Small square wear-resistant ceramics are vulcanized (inlaid) in special rubber at high temperature to form a wear-resistant ceramic rubber lining, which is installed in the equipment to prevent wear. In the middle, high-strength organic adhesive is used to bond the lining plate to the inner shell steel plate of the equipment to form a strong and buffering anti-wear layer.
The square or hemispherical wear-resistant ceramic tiles is combined with rubber and steel plate to form a ceramic-rubber-steel composite wear-resistant plate.
